Postponement Notice

Dear Lumina,


We deeply apologize to once again deliver the unfortunate news of our concert cancellation, especially to the fans who have been wholeheartedly supporting and waiting for BlackSwan.


During the process of preparing and bringing our concert overseas, unforeseen issues beyond our control have arisen. We understand how disappointing this is, and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that our team exhausted every possible option.


We are fully aware that many Lumina have been waiting for updates regarding refunds. We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide timely updates. Due to complicated administrative procedures such as venue terminations and settlement processes, refund operations have taken longer than anticipated.


As a result, refunds will begin one month from now and will be processed in order over the course of approximately three months. We will share further updates with you as soon as they become available.

Refund help

has anyone gotten anything about refunds from here? The ticket i had to buy through axs I was told should be refunded by the 15th of this month. But haven't gotten anything back on the 2 vvip and 1 regular tickets I bought through here.

I messaged them and got a generic message back stating that they are still going through refunds after a month of waiting. I am going to ask my bank to investigate after the 9th to force them to do it sooner. I feel so bad for the group cuz this should not have happened.

Stepping Away as a Lumina

Am I being dramatic? Maybe. Will anyone care? Probably not. But for my own peace of mind, I need to say this.

I’ve supported Black Swan since Fatou’s beginning, cheered for Sriya and Gabi as they worked hard for their spots, and welcomed Nvee when she joined. Seeing the four of them together was amazing. When they announced their U.S. dates, I jumped on tickets the same day—finally, I thought, I’d get to see them live and maybe even meet them.

When the show was postponed to September, I held onto hope. But now, with the cancellation due to “visa issues” (which I only found out about a week later through a third party), I feel… drained. It’s not just the refund. It’s the lack of communication, the constant uncertainty, and the frustration many Lumina have felt for a while.

I truly wish the girls success in their careers, but…

I completely understand how you feel, and your feelings are valid. It’s heartbreaking when something you’ve supported and been excited for doesn’t go as planned, especially after investing so much time and energy. The lack of communication can make it even more frustrating.

Taking a step back for your mental well-being is completely reasonable (I know I did a few times), and it doesn’t diminish the love and support you’ve given to Black Swan over the years.
