We deeply apologize to once again deliver the unfortunate news of our concert cancellation, especially to the fans who have been wholeheartedly supporting and waiting for BlackSwan.
During the process of preparing and bringing our concert overseas, unforeseen issues beyond our control have arisen. We understand how disappointing this is, and sincerely apologize. Please rest assured that our team exhausted every possible option.
We are fully aware that many Lumina have been waiting for updates regarding refunds. We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide timely updates. Due to complicated administrative procedures such as venue terminations and settlement processes, refund operations have taken longer than anticipated.
As a result, refunds will begin one month from now and will be processed in order over the course of approximately three months. We will share further updates with you as soon as they become available.
