Has Anyone Gotten Their ACTUAL Ticket Yet?
So, with the concert being less than a month away. I decided to take a look at my tickets to make sure everything is in order.
I go to my downloads from when I downloaded the tickets last month and it’s not a ticket. Just a picture of the group. So I decide to go to my emails and try to download it again, but it had been more than 30 days so I can no longer download it.
I tried to reach out by email and the comments/complaint section on this website but I unfortunately haven’t heard anything back.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is someone on the support team comes across this, please help me out! I would really appreciate it🥲
Hello! We apologize for the slow replies through email! Please contact us through Instagram DM's for the fastest communication with us! Regarding the QR code, as long as you have received your confirmation email from us, you do not have to worry about the expired link to download! Our team will be sending out QR codes at once when it approaches the actual concert date. We will be posting more guidelines about this around 2 weeks later so that our team can handle this at once after more purchases have been finalized. For fans who have purchased Atlanta tickets through us, they will all be receiving transfer tickets through the AXS app from us. There will also be an additional guideline regarding this part that will be posted once our team starts the process of transferring them over!
