E-Ticket/Order History

I purchased my ticket and I got confirmation of the payment. I also checked my bank and see the withdraw pending.

However, I do not see the purchase of the ticket in My orders and I have not gotten the confirmation email.

Has anyone else ran into this? I can see the seat that I bought is no longer available, so I know it was purchased.


****I bought the VIP package and that is my orders and I have received and email for that purchase.


*****UPDATE****** I have the confirmation email now.
